NBC launches reward programme for customers‏

nbc houseTHE National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has launched a rewards programme for its private banking customers who will enjoy attractive discounts and offers available in over 25 retail franchises located across the country.

The National Bank of Commerce (NBC) Managing Director, Mr Edward Marks, said in
Dar es Salaam at the weekendthat the launch of the rewards programme shows that NBC is
taking its unique position in the market which is in line with the spirit of helping people with their aspirations.

“The rewards programme has been made successful by partnering with 25 key retail franchises, in Tanzania, who will be offering their products and services with attractive discounts and seasonal offers,” he said adding that with the programme NBC is giving customers a little more of the banking services.

The introduction of the NBC Rewards Programme is a testimony of NBC rewarding
high net worth customers for their continued support and loyalty towards NBC.

“We have decided to launch the NBC Rewards Programme as a way to say ‘Thank You’ to
our deserving loyal customers and also to attract new members to this exclusive NBC club of our high net worth clients,” said Mr Andrew Massawe, the Head of Liabilities and Affluent.

He said further that the NBC Rewards Programme was exclusively for the bank’s private banking customers.

“Our dear customers will be provided with a catalogue which has more than 25 partners – shops, hotels, restaurants and spas – where they can shop and receive discounts of up to 30 per cent of the existing purchasing price,” he said.
